Is your house cleaning work guaranteed?

All work performed by Summit Home Care is backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with the work we’ve done in your home, simply call our office within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we will re-clean it at no additional charge!

Do you clean vacation rental properties?

We only clean vacation rentals that are listed on Donner Summit Rentals. If you are interested in listing with us, we will provide full cleaning and property management services.

What are your house cleaning rates?

Our rates vary depending on the size and frequency of cleaning. We will provide a free estimate based on size, number of bedroom and bathrooms.

Do You Require Contracts?

Never.

We’re happy to earn your business each time we clean, and we’ve built this company doing just that.

What happens when it snows, will my house get cleaned?

YES.

As long as the road to your house is open we will be there. Every member of our cleaning crew drives a four wheeled drive car and is comfortable driving in the snow.

Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?

Our teams of cleaning service professionals will arrive with all the supplies and equipment needed to make your home sparkling clean and fresh, from top to bottom.

Is your business fully licensed, Insured and bonded?

Absolutely! Our goal is to provide the highest level of worry-free service to each and every customer. Summit Home Care is fully licensed, bonded and insured to operate in the state of California.

What is a bond or bonded?

A bond is insurance that protects you, the customer. It insures that you will be compensated (reimbursed) if it is proven that damage or theft was caused by a Summit Home Care, employee. In the event of theft a conviction must also occur prior to a payout.
